Fijndraai Villas

We stayed in one of the Fjindraai Villas for six days and enjoyed it very much. The estate is very well looked after and perfectly located between Cape Town and Stellenbosch to explore the different wineries as well as doing day trips to Cape Town and Hermanus.
The Villa itself was very clean and spacious and offered a private outside seating area. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The occasional encounter with our friendly host made our stay feel familiar and offered a welcome variation to the usual “Hotel-experience”.

The villa was stunning and has all the amenities you could ask for. Stylishly decorated and a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The host was especially friendly and helpful and available at all times. Will definitely visit again.

What an incredible place ! Location is just amazing, right in the middle of vineyards. After a few kilometers on a private road, you enter the Fijndraai Cottages property. Our cottage was just splendid : decoration is of excellent taste. And the size of it is just incredible : living room, kitchen, hall between the bathroom and the bedroom, it's almost like if we had a house just for ourself ! If you are in Stellenbosch's region, this is definitely the perfect place to stay !

Stayed mid-October 2018. We had a wonderful stay at Fijndraai (pronounced "fine-dry") villas in Stellenbosch. The villas were wonderful and the rooms beautiful. There were fresh cut protea in our villa, which I thought was a nice touch. DuToit was so accommodating and was not at all distressed that we arrived around 11pm for check-in (in fact, he was incredibly friendly and cheerful despite the late arrival hour). The grounds of the vineyard were beautiful and there were horses on the property. Close drive to other, larger wineries including Asara and Spier. Would highly recommend for a relaxing stay in Stellenbosch. In room spa treatments were also available, although we didn't take advantage of these.

We stayed at Fijndraai during Christmas last year. It was great! Beautiful brand new cottage, everything you need is there. Lovely interior, good and nice large bed. Perfect stay!

Fantastic! We so enjoyed our stay at this wonderful guesthouse. It has everything you might need, air-conditioning, fireplace and beautiful interior. Lovit!

Very nice. Really relaxing experience. Beautiful location and beautiful estate. Spotless cottage, friendly and professional staff. Very happy, we will be back.
