The area was really clean and wasn't full at the time. The service and advice was good. We all enjoyed the food. The churros were really good. Ask for caramel sauce. The prices were standard Nandos rates (high). But really glad to have them as a halal option in this location. The seating area is big and worth a try especially if its empty. The order was ready quite quickly.

Placed an order for take away.5 quarter Chickens with sides, hot with extra basting. When received I confirmed my order with the lady and she agreed it was in order .When we got to our room, the chicken was so dry and completely white with no sauce what so ever. Literally tasted boiled. Thought we could add some sachets of sauce to at least allow us to swallow the dry food but there was only 1 sachet of sauce for 5 quarter chickens. How ridiculous! The rice was dry and hard! Completely disappointed. Went back in the morning to complain and the lady said come back at 1pm when the Manager Solly is there. Went back all after 1pm and be told there's nothing he can do and he will have a talk to the staff. He agreed it was best for me to email head office or customer care to take it further as there's nothing he can do or even try to meet me halfway with my disappointing experience. Being a regular sun city customer unfortunately will not be purchasing from there again.

Terrible. What an arrogant man. Placed a R1000 order for staff. Asked him to help me carry it to the car. He said I must walk twice and if I wanted help I should have asked for delivery. And we are a corporate client having a conference here. Im disgusted.

The best thing Sun City has ever done was to get a Nando's. We had three awesome meals here over the weekend we visited. Can't wait too go back!!

Nando's Suncity has a very good view while we're sitting there and eating Inside their portions. This Nando's is very nice with delicious food, very quick service and very friendly staff. It is very clean from distance it looks very great.
It is a really romantic place. You can enjoy your food with family and friends too. There's is kids Manue too which is a great place with kids.

Pretty disappointed. Order online and the food took over an hour to arrive at our location which isn’t even a km away. Food arrived cold and the order was missing a few items. So they charged us the full amount and still didn’t give us the entire order.

Very disappointed this is the first Nando’s that has underperformed like this.

Pathetic service...
Floors weren't clean. Tables weren't cleared. We called twice for someone to just clean the table. Our food was placed on a dirty, uncleared, and unsanitised table. The food was cold and the order was incorrect and needed to be sent back. The manager insisted that this was the correct order. He was rude u0026 unhelpful and is in serious need of customer service training. Not once did he apologize. He also refused to give the owners number. For such a recognized u0026 an established institution, this service brings disgrace to the brand.
