We found out rooms via a search of rooms on sale and were rather happy to stay 1 night at The Gateway. The rooms were clean and tidy, a welcome respite from being on the road for hours. Curiously, 1 room had chairs and a mini fridge while the other did not. The toiletries on offer were satisfactory. Before we checked out we thoroughly enjoyed our complimentary breakfast, which had much to offer, and the seating outside was pleasant enough albeit a bit dusty.

Located at the Gateway Shopping mall complex. Room was a deluxe suite, very neat n tidy with a bath tub near the bed besides a separate shower. Bar fridge was a blessing. Serviced with complimentary Tea n coffee with kettle n bottled water. Very busy place. Buffet breakfast was very good. Guess in need of a TV upgrade for better picture quality n entertainment.

Even if wasn't for the hot shower at least I would give the place a 0 star rating. The shower was hot but there are black tiles that look gross. The rooms are out dated. The bed was comfy but the linen was old and lost its crispness and whiteness. The curtains on both the rooms we booked were torn and dirty. I felt yucky just touching them to open.

This business is not value for money and their rooms are way over priced. Don't do bed and breakfast as the breakfast always looks like it's left overs from the day before.

I do recommend that the grading board reconsider the 3 star rating. The staff do just enough to do their job right and not willing to go the extra mile.

Really not worth it.

The place is a world class, there is no other way to put this. Amazing environment and great experience i had in this place. From the interior design to the customer service! I was very excited and amazed. The welcoming atmosphere was awesome. Good work Team AHA Gateway Hotel ????????

For conferencing AHA is amazing. Their staff are helpful and friendly and get the job done. Feedback from the delegates is that the food...oh the food is the best at lunch time. So all round great conference

I am attending a conference at the hotel..the facilities are excellent, clean and beautiful. Lunch has been tasty and parking ticket validated. Staff is very helpful and the service is great.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms.
They must improve their food and have variety of salads for their buffet.
Bed covers to have strong inners.
