On the 17 of December 2019 I went to this shop. I used a gateway voucher to pay a part of the purchase. I then cancelled the purchase. I was told that my voucher's money would be put back because the card was "voided" between 2 to 7 working days. It is now the end of January and the money is still not back. PnP clothing in gateway took my money without giving me any items of clothing in return. This is a fraudulent act.
I have tried to contact the store multiple times but they do not have a working number. This is utterly ridiculous.
