Tucked away in a quiet area of Gateway mall, it's a great place to start your morning visit to the mall. The staff are friendly u0026 helpful, but varies ever time I go there. Service is OK depending on how many staff are on duty u0026 the number of customers inside. Typical wimpy menu options available u0026 the food u0026 drinks are well presented. Just note that staff didn't always get my order correct every time I've been there. Paying afterwards has always been an issue of some kind, so be prepared for extra wait if you're rushing to work or need to be somewhere on time

Really bad experience at this Wimpy. The staff were somewhat decent however the food was shocking. Chips tasted like they were fried in old oil on top of the fact that it was not cooked properly. Milkshake tasted so off. Also take into consideration that I have ate the same meal at other wimpy’s and they were not as bad as this

The Wimpy staff are not friendly and unprofessional at all as they did not serve my guest and i with manners and respect. One of the waitresses asked us to leave before our anticipated time and I felt very disrespected and unwelcome.

My nephew had a birthday yesterday I must say the service was excellent we all ordered the R99 special they prepared it so quickly as there was 10+ of us.Great staff wimpy near dischem at gateway

Wimpy at Gateway by the banking halls, gave such a disappointing service. The waitron was fine, the problem is the food. The wrap was very chewy too much. They gave me boiled wings and pasted the marinade which is not supposed to be done. It really disappointing shame.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. What a sorry excuse for a R45 milkshake! It is crammed into a tiny 330ml coke cup. The cream and sweets aren't even added unless you ask for it, even though it is advertised on the board. Don't waste your money here. Plenty of other fast food restaurants in Gateway Mall.
