Started out really well but ended off on a sour note...
Had great service and advice from Charlene for a ring for my wife...
All went well till 5 months later the rhodium finish (white gold) started wearing off...
Needless to say the service from the store was unpleasant and staff were impolite...
They blamed it on my wife using sanitizer can you believe that...
I called Head Office and a lovely lady called Melissa listened, advised and resolved the issue...
Many thanks to her...
Cant say I'll buy from them again to be honest...
Anyway thanks Melissa for your help, its greatly appreciated...

Had purchased a fossil watch in 2019 as soon as I received it, it had to go in for repairs, it went for repairs on three separate occasions for different faults each with a waiting period of 8 weeks, the fourth time I returned the watch for a refund, it took them eight months to process that query and having me go to the store at least 6 times to get assistance, as I am still without a watch and a refund.
