They should be closed down.
They don’t care about customer service. Asked for no chillies and they put jalapeños. They were very reluctant to help. We then find plastic in the food.

Extremely small portions in comparison to competing fast food establishments and their prices are still just as high. Chips especially are overpriced for their tiny portion and lack of any flavour.

Absolutely disgusted and dissatisfied. The cashier is extremely rude and acts like she is doing us a favour by taking our order. The prices are ridiculously high and the portions are ridiculously small. Food is bland and lacks sauce. Honestly, they should advertise it as "fry" and not "fries" because they give you so few. The main meals are appetitisers with main meal prices. Honestly!!! Looks like I have to have 2 lunches today because I am still starving. Burgerack??? More like Burgercrack! Shame on you!

The other burgers taste decent enough - but avoid the Falafel Burger ????! I don't think I have ever tasted a Falafel Burger that was made into a patty that falls apart. It's not the best idea and the taste was sooo disappointing. The service is the normal service you get at most fast food spots so there's nothing surprising to me there.

We ordered the wings and ribs. Both were not tasty at all. Lacked flavour. Compared to other branches, very disappointing.

Worst place ever! I don't know about all the branches but Gateway is a No No. They gave me a beef burger and I had asked for chicken. I had even told him I don't eat beef when he was suggesting it. I snuck it into a movie (I know I'm a bad person) and only figured out upon chewing it that it wasn't chicken.

When I went there, they were closed. I called them in the morning to also inquired as to the size of the ribs. They were more bone than rib. The Guy told me he can't help me without a receipt!!!

NEVER AGAIN.
