Had a lovely dinner with my Bestie. Very accommodating. They reserved a table for us at such short notice. Our server Zonke was so pleasant and helpful. An absolute star! Loved her friendly demeanor. The food was lovely. It was my first time trying sushi. The was nice. Very well presented. I had the speciality dish the peri peri steak with noodles. Absolutely Devine. It was so yummy and well priced. I'll definitely be back with my family next time! ????

I have been a customer at this Restaurant for around 5 years. In fact, I insist on ordering all our sushi from this restaurant. Their quality and service makes other places I’ve visited look like they simply don’t do it right and I really have been around the block when it comes to sushi. It’s safe to say that a visit to Bite Your Tongue is warranted at least once a month to get my Sushi on. Oh and of course that Chow Mein with a Spring Roll. Treat Yourself!

The vibe here is so bad that it almost makes no difference how the Sushi taste. I do not think it would take much to clean up the place and make it more romantic. Sushi is cheap so if that is all you want then

Please read the recent reviews that were placed from 2months ago. This is definitely not the same bite your tongue as Durban north!
The food is bad bad bad. Almost like boiled food. No taste what so ever thus the reason you see the price cheaper than normal Chinese food restaurants . I threw the food away. Worst Chinese food with no exaggeration what so ever!

Great service and good prices, however the salmon in my sushi wasn't the freshest and the prawn was either over cooked or not so fresh either. The quality of the sushi rice was also questionable, it being a little stogie. Was happy with my chicken noodle soup.
