The service by front desk staff is not acceptable. If a room does not have proper facilities like a working gun safe, the guest should be given an alternate room and not be given the run around and wait an entire day for the gun safe to have the batteries replaced. .Patience is a person on your staff who should not be allowed to work at the front desk. The cleaning staff were very helpful and tried to assist even if it was not their task to do so

I travel a lot and have stayed a lot of places but this is my new favorite place.

Price was very good for the night.

Diner was amazing loved the ribs and the toasted sandwich was very good

Also breakfast was good.

Customer service i would give it a 10 very professional and helpful.

Thank you for a great stay.

I will definitely stay here again

I had a great stay at Town Lodge Umhlanga. The customer service was great and all staff I interacted with were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms are cozy with modern and clean finishes. I really enjoyed their Elderflower Smash cocktail at the restaurant.

Super easy to find.
Super neat hotel.
Super safe with card access to hotel, elevators and rooms.
Super easy check in.
Affordable at R735 per double room.
Balcony looks out on beautiful green hillside...
Highly recommended.

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and friendly very helpful. Also they serve good food, I recommend the Shisanyama platter. The bar man is hilarious, he left me in stitches. Parking is easily accessible and safe.

About 20 mins from the airport. Centrally located too

The staff are friendly,particularly, Zanele at restaurant/ kitchen(not sure about her name) but she was awesome!

No room service though, after guessing for almost an hour how to call the restaurant(could not find the telephone directory anywhere), I was told I have to go down and retrieve my food. Food was great though so didn't mind.

Has a pool, meeting rooms and lounges.

Receptionist has very bad attitude, to the extent that I had to speak to the duty manager to get things done. Female guest wrapped in a towel doing ironing in the passage ???? won’t be staying here again!
