Accommodation wasn’t ready when we were told it would be - we had to wait almost an hour. We had to wait for hours when we needed urgent attention even though we phoned the emergency number and left both voicemail and written messages. Other guests partied till the early hours of the morning waking us up continuously. Needless to say we won’t be back.

The place was very beautiful and the staff was very welcoming and nice. I enjoyed every moment there. And the cleanliness of the place is extraordinarily

The service was horrible. For a 5 star hotel, we were very disappointed in the service we received. We paid for one of the Superior rooms for 2 nights and what we got was a very small room, with a double bed, basically a room for kids. When we enquired with the manager he told us that there was nothing he can do and kept blaming the agency instead if taking accountability. We were even bitten by bed bugs, that tells you that it's a room that's used a lot and its not cleaned properly. How can a 5 star hotel have bed bugs? We were robbed daylight. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this place.

This place is absolutely a gorgeous little gem with a heartwarming ambience. Perfect location, spotless clean home away from home. The exceptional service from staff made my mans birthday experience nothing short of amazing as they went above and beyond with preparations/décor, rose petals, champagne and other essentials for a romantic feel???? The breakfast is absolutely amazing, I’ve stayed at the Forest manor a couple times and the experience is the same, friendly and excellent service always, and I recommend it to anyone, I will definitely be staying in future????

One of the best hotels we ever stayed in! (And visit close to 40 hotels a year) The staff was very friendly going out of their way to make us comfortable. Upon arrival a very large man (I think the owner) immediatelly helped us with our heavy luggage although I suggested to carry them myself. A smaller and younger woman helped us check in and even made a delicious breakfast package at 22u for the following morning, which we needed for a day trip to the Sani pass. Lastly the room was perfect and very luxurious. We could not ask for more!

It's rated as 5 star, and it is a beautiful setting, but the air conditioner in the room didn't work and it leaks, the hairdryer is broken, the electronic door to the room is faulty at times... And the room was tiny and incredibly hot. Breakfast is very good.
