Popped into this store for the first time, I was dying for a Oreo Krusher. I was blown away how friendly the staff was, and the store was so clean. Will diffently be back.

Nice clean store.

Went at 8.20pm and asked for a Rounder with cheese no lettuce and no tomato. They made the fillet fresh but as you can see paid for cheese no cheese,got the lettuce and tomato which I never wanted.

The self service touch screen is nice but not when it is busy. And the human touch of tellers is missing. I think tellers are more efficient than touchscreen display ordering during bust times as some people don't know how to use these devices.

What a fantastic team!! I made a bulk order of 73 items and each meal was still warm/fresh and tasty by the time I received it. The team went above and beyond to assist. Great job!!

Very disappointed. Not advisable to order hour before closing. My order was small but took very long. When received it was only warm, very sloppy assembled burger. Mash and gravy was lumpy, cold and the outside of the container was messed with contents spilled over. Found a piece of chicken in the mash and gravy

I have altered my review from the previous and rated a 2, chicken portions was very small for a streetwise 5 and very oily compared to last, the burgers sauce after complaing about the small amount was also the same, will not be returning again. The only positive was the lady upon entering that was very friendly.

Terrible customer service... They have a notice reading they open at 10h00, however it is now 10h20 and they not opened. Due to a meeting... Looks like customers and sales are not important
