I have stayed at The Hamptons twice, once for business and just recently took my wife for our anniversary. From the moment you arrive, Bob and Sally welcome you and you feel like you are at home. The rooms are magnificent, with beautiful sea views and the breakfast the next morning is freshly prepared and exceptional. We will definitely be back for some more time to relax and recharge our batteries!

My favorite spot close to Durban. Walking distance from some of the best restaurants and an easy hop to the freeway and King Shaka airport. Roomy and friendly with everything that you need. Hearty friendly breakfast. But the best of all is the 5 o'clock bears and drinks with the friendly company of the hosts (Bob and Sally) and the other guests. It is like visiting old friends. When in Umhlanga, Bob's your uncle!

Magnificent guest house certainly ticks all the boxes as a 5 star get away. Within walking distance of umhlanga village and promenade. Also delicious breakfast . Thanks to our great host Bob .

The hosts are extremely friendly. Shows great interest to ensure that your stay is as close to a great experience as possible. Very homely feeling. Location is also great. Great value for money
