My husband and daughter and myself received next to no assistance, we were been helped but when a new customer of same race walked in we were left to search through boxes on our own an were ignored from that point. We spent about R1000, which is minimum to what we normally spend , not that it matters, we could've spent more but had no help. We we strugling through boxes and there was only 1 other customer in store. No not acceptable Cashier was civil. I can't say friendly. Services in Welkom are despicable for the LONGEST TIME ENOUGH

The place is always welcoming and their friendly and helpful staff like Belina always makes one feel she is important and their variety of beautiful shoes that is a store where anyone can like to spend their money

Was not impressed with the shoe stock. The colours were distasteful very wintery. No white stock at all but friendly staff.
