Debonairs Pizza

Debonairs is just a name now. The service does not match. Ive been dissapointed several times but for some reason I always still went back. If you are not given burnt pizza you are given pizza full of sauces and absolutely no meat. If its not that then the cashiers are giving you attitude and a hard time. To anyone who asks...move on...there are places better than debonnairs Pavilion.

On our first attempt to order, the cram-decker, triple-decker u0026 crammed-crust are all not available. We are told we can order all from the real-deal. We step away to decide and then come back to order a something meaty large and a real-deal sweet u0026 sour rib, to be told that real-deal isn't available and neither is the creamy-tika veg. So once again we change our order and when it's time to pay, the unfriendly (not my problem kinda attitude) cashier says "don't you have cash, I told you that you must have cash". So no card machine facilities as well as half the menu not being available. When we said that this isn't good business the response was "IT'S NOT MY PROBLEM!" DEBONAIRS PAVILION FOOD COURT! WHAT AN ABSOLUTELY DISASTER!

My solution is get different races to work and train train train in customer service.

Worst Debonairs ever, made an online order before I get to the place only to find that my order wasn't made and had to wait for another 30min such an inconvenience while I did place and order online. Worse was the pizza triple decker with vienna that were not appetizing, pizza bottom layer only sauce no meat. Would never ever visit the shop food was bad while I paid money for good food so disappointing

On the whole Debonairs is just gone to the dogs. I bought the new double crammed crust and it is made up of dough and viennas that you can buy at checkers. Was very unhappy with such a unhealthy pizza, we spent R160 on the pizza for 2 adults and i was still forced to cook because it did not fill us after we removed all the excess dough. I will never again return to Debonairs and i will continue to support Roman's pizza, which has the taste and toppings of a good pizza. Meaty and tasty pizza than Debonairs that has the toppings drated to save there expenses... #stay away from them..

Worst Debonairs I've ever been too. Cashier was beyond rude. When I asked what flavors of the 24.99 pizza's you have she was like look for yourself and she was more interested in flirting with a fellow Male customer than serving me. Never again!

Second time I have had a bad experience at this store.

Last time the lady stopped serving me half way through processing my order to help another customer. Leaving my card in the machine on the counter for several minutes.
I asked her if it was normal to stop serving one customer to help another... she just clicked her tongue and mouthed off in Zulu to the other customer.

Today we arrived on the food court at 10:22 and all the outlets were open except for Debonairs. Thier roller door was 80% open. I asked the lady what time they open and shs told me to "Wait 10 minutes" and then stood there staring at me. Seriously? And rude isn't even the right word to describe her attitude.

Luckily while I was waiting I noticed they have opened a Pizza Hut at the good court. Got our food from them.

We will never go back to this Debonairs again.
