I'm always happy with the service I recieve from Krispy Kremes especially at this branch. The Staff are friendly, polite and helpful. I'm always so indecisive about everything and the amount of patience they have is truly charming.
Not to long back one of the staff recommended I try one of their milk tart doughnuts. And why didn't any one tell me this earlier?! By far this is my favourties KK doughnut!
It is absolutely delicious and light and crispy.
Please do yourself a favour and get one the next time you visit.

I also gave their Dulce de Leche range a try. It wasn't to shabby.

They robbed us and sent us 3 donuts when we paid for a dozen. Nothing was done.

I advise ordering from other places in Pavillion because atleast you will not get robbed.

My favourite doughnuts. Love the variety of fillings and flavours, always introducing new and tasty flavours. I also enjoy their coffee and chillers. The pav branch always gives quality service and friendly staff- never a bad experience here.

Although the queue was long,we moved quickly. When we got to the counter,the staff were very accommodating and answered any questions we had regarding the fillings of the doughnuts and my, those doughnuts were delicious. The atmosphere was bright and welcoming. An absolutely amazing experience overall. I will definitely be visiting again.

I celebrated my birthday at Krispy Kreme and got a dozen free Original Glazed Doughnuts,I had well wishes from staff and fellow patrons which really helped make my day a little extra special.The staff are always smiling and helpful which makes you feel very comfortable and at ease.

Another great American brand establishing itself in South Africa.

The donuts are average but they have a really great variety.

Where they hit 5 stars is with the drinks! They have some great hot and cold beverages.

Overall great experience.. but the store is a bit dirty... couches stained... crumbs all over the tables and floor.
