I usually order a chickpea wrap, phone and placed an order at 11:16, was told it would take 20 mins. Go down to the restaurant, 20 mins later, wait a further 15 mins. I asked a few times if the curry was frozen and I was told NO. The lady that prepped the insisted it was chickpeas and I had only seen potato in the wrap. Asked again, only to be told it is potato and chickpeas. Walked up to my office to realize the wrap was just potato. Called in and was told again that there was chickpeas, yet there was not a single chickpea in the wrap. If you do not have a curry made, advise the customer. Blatant lie! I had ordered this meal numerous times from you. Quality has totally declined. Won't be visiting Istanbul again!
