I recent visited Puma Pavilion. I had a wonderful shopping experience. Such helpful, efficient and friendly staff. Special thanks to Nomusa who assisted me from the time I entered the store till I paid. It was so good to have personal attention especially in today times when u visit stores n can't find anyone to assist or even if u do they are uninterested in assisting, busy chatting to other colleagues or on their phone. Well done Puma staff n Management on ur customer service skills
