This was pretty much the most abysmal service I have ever witnessed in my lifetime.

We ordered 2 pizzas, nothing special. It took them 2 hours to deliver them, but that isn't the end. When the driver arrived, he only had 1 of them. He then sat there trying to phone the branch, which didn't pick up for a good 10 minutes. The branch then informed him our pizza was actually still there. He initially said there was only one pizza.

Needless to say the first pizza was cold. The second pizza took another hour and a half to be delivered, which was also cold. I don't think this kind of service is remotely acceptable, we were still expected to pay full price for said pizzas. Have not had any sort of compensation since.

Will never order from this business again.

The pizza are good but the sevice is terrible they say they open at 9 but in actual fact they open at 9:20 they went in at 9 and the started moping and cleaning that should be done before 9 and not at 9 and I have seen people walk away because they have to wait for them to open,well it's not my business if url loose customers but come on guys be punctual
