Store staff are extremely helpful. I try to shop there when there are specials or discounts on the smart shopper program that they have. Store is neat and tidy , support staff (cleaners) are immaculate at their duties. Fresh produce section should stop putting up signs apologizing for the less that perfect produce, cause they mostly stock fresh and clean produce.

It's great that you can find stock of sizes at PnP Clothing Westwood that are sold out at other stores.

Absolutely disgusting service from the staff! The security is rude, disrespectful u0026 arrogant!
Incorrect closing time on this site. The store closes at 5PM NOT 6PM! The staff police you at 5pm to make your way to the till.
The security refused to let my husband in at 5.03pm u0026 the cashier refused for me to swipe my husband's card. The manager was no where to be seen. Absolutely pathetic. I left my trolley with groceries valued over R2500 - I will definitely not be returning to this store!
Wake up pick n pay - your store is failing your name.

Stood one hour in the line just to be told the card machines were not working. No signs or any communication about the systems being offline the entire time in the line. The manager of this place should be fired.

Had a BAD experience at PnP...Westwood Mall this morning at 9am..two extremely arrogant and rude cashiers and a rude bagger.

Walked out after leaving my shopping trolley
Worth a sale for almost R1000.

I wont be shopping at ANY PnP in the future.
The Store Manager heard my complaint
And headed to his tillpoints but I was not having to wait around arguing my right as a human being and then a customer....

From reviews i browsed going back to July 2019 it seems like nothing has changed re the attitude of the cashiers..

So here its not only ONE customer you are going to be losing....

Please could someone explain why there is always a Queue inside the Westwood Pick n Pay , irrespective of the time of day. Just to buy a couple of Loaves of Bread takes about 30-45 minutes. The Express line is the Cigarette counter which has a long line. I have spoken to the Manager Kevin on numerous occasions however he has different excuses u0026 does nothing about it. I now rather travel an extra 7 km to Westville Mall which has a Checkers/Pu0026P/Woolworths u0026 their Management u0026 staff are very efficient.

Just bought gem squash ????????????????....don't think I will ever buy it again at this PnP. And I'm not driving back all the way to complain.....you already managed to spoil my whole dinner!!
