I have been part of the "family" at the centre since my Mom was first Diagnosed in 2003. Since then my Dad, Husband, Uncle and many friends have been treated there. They have always treated them with care, love and a sence of being important. I am grateful to them and know that they will always do what is best for the patient.

Totally unprofessional. On our first visit my mom waited an hour and a half to be seen after her appointment time. Today we again waited for almost an hour before getting up and leaving as there was still another patient before us. It seems as a patient your time is worthless here and not important.

Always late. Sick of sitting for more than an hour waiting, while our business has to close early.
Hours forever jumping around.
Machines always breaking.
