After having the worst experience at another hospital and being transferred to Glynnwood. I can say I’m pleased with the service and kindness i had with the nursing staff and doctors in the maternity ward! Thank you for taking such good care and going the extra mile just to ensure that your patient is comfortable and looked after..Would recommend this hospital in any emergency!!

I came in to ER with my 1 year one son. Immediately when we got to the reception the female nurse who attended us was rude instead of assisting us she was busy complaining that we brought our son in a stroller and she showed no empathy at all. All she cared about was complaining about us putting our sick baby in a stroller I honestly found that inappropriate it was an emergency she should have been helping us but she went on and on about the stroller talk after she was done satisfying her ego she then attended us. As if that was not enough the next nurse also gave us hard core attitude I just don’t appreciate the treatment I got from the nurses, I actually expected this kind of treatment from the government hospital I am never setting my foot again at glynwood. The doctor was very nice and friendly. Though they asked me and my partner to leave the ward while taking blood tests from our 1 year 7 months old son without explanation I also found that odd. I am so disappointed with the service I got this midnight

Thank you to Dr Jordaan and her staff working on Easter Friday in the emergency ward, everyone was so caring and compassionate, quite a relief from past experiences. I appreciate all you did for me!!! A pity about the receptionist who took over 20 minutes to take all my personal details and when I got my receipt, the invoice was made out to someone else and when I went back to let them know, they had all the wrong details for me, including medical aid details, so someone else would’ve got my account….Very distressing!!!!!!

Worst customer service ever. I am not faulting the ground staff at all, but the administrators of this hospital are an abysmal failure. They take your money and still want to boss you around. My wife gave birth and tested positive for Covid. They refused to allow me to stay with her and kicked me out for bringing food to her. What kind of brainless administrator comes up with such irrational rules.

I went to Glynwood for a hernia repair last week. Not only were the staff absolutely fabulous, the premisis was extremely neat and clean. The surgeon was also great and overall, a great experience under less favourable circumstances. Thank you to everybody that helped make my stay a good one

Xray department absolutely RUDE! We asked if this procedure my 3year old son was going for was safe and we were told very arrogantly that this isn't the first patient she is doing... not only did we face an ordeal with my son but these people have no compassion what so ever...

Also for such a popular well known hospital it took 2hours to even see him as a trauma patient... only one Dr working with so many patients... totally unacceptable... better chance of being attended to at a government hospital.

Glenwood their service at casualty is verybad and horrible, we got there around 13:30 i had abdominal pains and 16 weeks pregnant i lay there in pains for hours waiting for the doctor even after the doctor saw me i was left unattended for hours waiting to be admitted they did covid test at 19:00 and waited until 22:00 for covid results to come back so that they can take me to the ward, they took me to the ward around 22:30 that time i was bloody cold, hungry and in pain. I don't wish to go back there ever again.
