Dr Dawood is simply amazing. As a first time patient I was anxious, but Dr Shamima was so compassionate and thorough in her approach I was immediately put at ease. Five star service and professionalism from this practice, would definitely recommend her services.

My initial experience with the actual Doctor was good and she was very nice. She made me feel very comfortable and she explained things very well. However, the reception is another story. You have to phone literally 20 times to get through and then she tells you that they will phone you back but they never do. She tells you that she will ask the doctor to phone you back but she always too busy to actually talk to her so you wait and wait and nothing happens!! PATHETIC RECEPTIONIST. Get a new one who actually knows how to do the job.

Dr Shamima Dawood is an amazing gynae. She is caring and friendly and takes the time to explain things in simple terms. She solved my issues with so much professionalism. I would definately recommend her. She really cares.

I have had pain for 3 years constantly everyday of my life. I have lost allot of weight, i have seen numerous specialists about my pain. None of these Doctor's made any effort in helping me. My last resort was Dr Dawood and she went the extra mile in assisting me. She help me get my life back and i do not have to drink anymore pain medication as she knew what was wrong and did everything in her power to get me healthy again. She is not just a doctor to me she is a medical worker. I will recommend her to anyone I know. Thank you Dr Dawood for everything you have done for me and my family. And for not giving up so easily as all the other doctors did. We need more Doctors like you. Elloise Brand

I struggled to get through to the doctors office but once I got through it was all worthwhile and Dr. Dawood is the friendliest, most wonderful doctor. Her work is absolutely great!! I would most def recommend her!!!

Extremely patient and thorough, listens cares and even phones back, she has a good assistant, they make a great team. A definite yes 5 stars, I fly from Cape Town to see her, shes also very into latest technology etc. So glad I was recommended to her.
