Okay, so I need you to trust me on this! This tiny little Fish shop happens to make the best chicken prego's I have ever tried! I used to stop by here after school and varsity growing up and we would always get a prego! They are absolutely delicious and you get great value for money! Now I live in Joburg but you will still find me travelling all the way back to Benoni just for Fish and Chippa.

Tried out a local fish and chips shop as I was feeling for fish after a week of mostly meat. The service is so quick, I ordered my food and literally within minutes it was ready. I ordered the regular Hake and Chips and a portion of Calamari. Massive piece of fish, and alot of chips. Next time will ask for crispy chips, this time it was slap chips but needed more salt and vinegar ????. The calamari was quite chewy, only the smaller thinner pieces were easy to bite. Will definitely go back for the fish again.

Gordon Ramsey would approve and agree that the Chicken Prego and Family sized chips are the best thing I have ever tasted!

Good value for money, large portions, wrapped in paper and still piping hot when we came home. Quick and friendly service.

Having just flown in from Alberton we found this shop. Family and I were looking for fish u0026 chips. And we were not disappointed. The food tasted great and the portions were more than enough. A very good experience we had.

Run down venue, it was a nice fish and chips take away back in the day. Product is not fresh and the place is dirty.
