Ordered at 1438 via the call,it's 1840 now I haven't received my order. I understand it month end so the store is busy but I am disappointed to what they did after I tried calling them on the number. They took my call and continued with their job and never said anything to me. I could hear them literally calling out orders(giving people their orders)at store in the background, it's like they were tired of the ringing phone hence they answered and just left it like that. God I hate myself now because that was supposed to be our supper with the kids but now everything is ruined

This is hands down THE BEST Steers in the country. The burgers and chips are always sooooo fresh! Will not order from any other steers! Well done.

Pathetic and slow service. Order placed at 18:47 it's standing on 19:25 and I still awaiting my basic order of a Wednesday special and large chips. No management involvement either. Crazy.

This is the best steers of all of them. They offer toasted sandwiches as well, which not all the branches do ???? The staff are friendly and helpful, the portions are generous and the food tastes greater.

Waited 45 min for our food,all good if your busy but watching the lady's packing the orders and seeing how the orders lay 10min before they pack and release it,is not good service. Ended up with cold food when we finally received it and on top of it all they did not even bother to but sauce on 2 of our burgers. Not impressed at all..

Had a run in with the lady servicing at the till this evening at 19h00. She refused to change my order from a King Steers burger to a King steer Meal. Just felt this was unexpected as they usually have a lovely lady there to assist. Although the wait wasn't to long the food was good I didn't read an attitude from some one that should value her job and serve a customer with a smile.
