No water as a diabetic on the site , rude staff very unprofessional too .. has been a horrible experience sitting without water for the whole day how can I keep my hands clean ? Very Poor performance would give 0 stars but there is no option

Today I felt so small, was shown away at Northmead Clinic after standing in a queue for more than one hour. I took my boys for covid testing and was asked where I stay. Upon confirmation of my address which is in Benoni, I was told to go to Kempston clinic. The "nurse/sister"(covid swabbing sister on the 21st of Feb 2022) who showed us away had no manner of approach for those she has pledged to serve. She was rude, unfriendly and acted as if she was the queen of the Covid era. Having a junior nurse dressing her up in her PPE's to start her duty. I feel sorry for those nurses working with her coz she is a BULLY. I am a professional nurse myself and never in my entire life as a nurse did I ever treat anyone the way she treated me today. She also spoke to the other patients with such disrespect as if they were nothing. Northmead Clinic does not even deserve one star. I quietly turned around and went to Kempston clinic. Upon arrival the sister on duty treated us with respect and friendliness. She never even asked where we stayed.
And don't think I got this treatment because I had a negative attitude or tried to throw my weight around. I arrived quietly to be helped and left quietly, embarrassed by someone not fit to call herself a professional nurse. She has no idea what a professional nurse is.

People seem to always want be negative, if you go with the correct mindset then you will not need to be negative. I had a good experience at the Northmead Clinic, yes there was a queue and not clear direction of where to go, but asked and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not worth even 1 star! Pity I have to add one! I took a gentleman there today. I friend of mine's employee, whom is a Malawian. My friend was not available to take the gentleman. The gentleman in question has a horrible finger injury, I did not ask how, I said let's get you some medical attention and we went to this clinic. We stood in the queue for at least half an hour, there were no patients in the emergency room, just a woman supposedly the nurse, sitting on her phone. I informed her of the emergency to which she abruptly replied stand in the queue. As we got closer to the front help desk staff, the gentleman took his passport out to be ready for their questions. The moment they saw his passport, they immediately allowed the person behind us to be helped first and ignored this gentleman. He needed medical attention and they ignored him because of his nationality. In my opinion, that is xenophobic behaviour. Upon questioning their actions, I was told that I am not their boss and they'll do as they please, to which I, as a taxpayer replied, "I am not your boss but my taxes pay your salary so have some respect at least." I am not proud of how I behaved but I am sick of these government organizations treating people as they wish based upon their nationality. We left and on my way out I told them they are full of it in their own language. My friend had to take the gentleman to hospital for assistance. Please people, if you care for your fellowman and yourselves, stay away from this place!

The customers do NOT follow COVID-19 protocols!

The customers do NOT keep a social distance at all!

Staff don't do anything about it, nor does management.
