Had a great stay over the end of December 2020. Everything was clean and provided a sense of comfort. The room exceeded our expectations and was extremely spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again in future and absolutely recommend it.

The organisers of a nearby music festival where I worked, made a central booking for us at this place. After working very late at the festival, I was refused entry, refused check-in, because I did not have a key and a remote.
I tried to explain that I had not stayed there before so I could not have received either, but a very rude man would not open the gate, would not let me in, was not prepared to assist me at all. Eventually they just turned off their intercom and left me stranded in Benoni, at 24h00 p.m. I had to travel back to Pretoria all on my own.
Clearly the place was empty, there were NO cars parked there, so they could have assisted me. They had my name, they knew I was supposed to stay there.
We will NEVER use these people again.

I really enjoy my stay at Summer Gardens. The service is great and the rooms are very comfortable. They are very accommodating.
