Not the best in the chain. The management think a 'do you stock...?' means that you are the only one looking for it. Silly people. If you don't stock it - you cannot sell it. If you're being asked for something, the person wants it and will go and spend their money elsewhere. The curious thing in that is it means you are going to buy the items that both places stock, not so? Ergo they loose a customer. Oh there's lots to go around? Yes there is. But customer retention is as important as getting a new customer. Any retailer should know that. I wonder why they don't. It's no issue, I'll drive the 10 km to the other food lovers. You loose.
