Far better and more pleasing to visit just from the aesthetics point of view. Changing from Total to Engen has made them now keep a professional looking, modern business. It gives peace of mind to the general level of service you will receive in doing business here.
But is still a scary place to cross on foot as cars drive haphazardly in all directions and some with speed. The law of give right of way to vehicles on the right is ignored whilst exiting past Engen at the Steers drive-through entrance. This is highly dangerous as the drivers don't even look to see if it's safe or if a car is coming. Minibus taxis stop in the main routes, blocking through traffic and trundle into exits and entrances without care for cutting in front of another, and then inexplicably ... stop. This will be magnified once the Engen finishes building the Woolworths into its shop. It will be a mayhem unless they attend to through traffic u0026 safe pedestrian crossing. The worst detraction is of people driving drunk or just wanting attention by playing music in their cars extremely loud. It's crass behaviour which Engen should not allow. I understand they cannot stop drunks from driving but controlling noise is possible.
The service received is mostly highly professional and quick but I've heard angry tones on occasion from others, in the public domain. Issues should be invited to be resolved in an office, not in the midst of people, it's unsettling. What caused these, I didn't pay attention to and is unfair to repeat, not knowing the facts. Room to improve always exists. The change to Engen is a major improvement none the less.
