This has been one of the worst meals from any place I have ever had... Chips was unseasoned and old. The chicken on my box master was tough and dry, the chicken from the streetwise was bland and had a weird taste to it... You would expect to have a certain level of standard to fast food chains... This one is well below that level.

It really is disappointing when you pay almost R50 for a single wrap and it has nothing but 2 pieces of chicken and old salad leaves, what an utter waste of my hard working money.

Worst experience of food in my life. The hot wings were very old n dry. The coleslaw off and the cashier at drive thru asked me to donate R2 for donation but instead they took R4 for x2 donations. The food is always horrible. Im shocked this store is still even opened

Useless. If u want too sell a well liked and known product the first line of customer service is your most important. If u want to keep your franchise in langenhovenpark running u must please get someone in the drivetru who has atleast 1% customer skills. This was probably the last complaint that I'll leave. Please make contact with me if i can tell u about my perfect drivetru experiences more than once with one specific drivetru personal. That os the reason i started supporting langenhovenpark KFC again but unfortunately it looks like its back to the same old useless personal that u need to please to get your order. Luckily u know about most of the complaints this specific franchise gets in Bloemfontein social groups and social media. Imagine how many complaints u don't receive with customers just saying im finished. I can just imagine that the franchise must be making some profit, it managed to stay open until now. Imagine if you started managing it the way it is supposed be managed. With many other choices of takeaways in a 5mins drive from u i would rather try them instead. Mabe langenhovenpark will see a Macdonald's or something else replace KFC in the future. ill still support KFC but rather drive to one of the other KFC's 15mins away if i want to eat some of the francise chicken I'd rather die because of the food i enjoy than trying to order it. Drive-thru always empty. Love it. Food is prepared in quite a fast pace.

Not so friendly staff the R2.00 donations is annoying if i want to contribute i will do so i dont have to be asked i ruined the experience dont make your cashiers beggars

The service was excellent! I truly appreciate the employees for their welcoming attitude and I am truly impressed with the fast service. Some customers may complain about everything but they should keep in mind that they can't expect the employees to truly be generous and kind if they themselves aren't, same to the employees. We are all human and I believe you get out of life what you put in whether you are rich, poor, customer, employee, tall, short, young or old. These are all nothing in the eyes of our Father, to him we are all His children and equal but unique in our own different ways. Happy New year to all May God bless us all in ways of wonder as He did the year before!
