I had a shirt printed at Kodak, but when I fetched it, the colors were all wrong, so I asked for a refund.
The lady said the colors might look a shade different from the picture. I showed her the image, the blue came out green and the red was a very soft pink. That's not a shade, it's completely different colors. She offered me the refund, but then the printer guy stepped in and refused.
He pointed at a small sign that indicated they take no responsibility when things go wrong. I showed him the shirt and asked if he'd be satisfied if he paid for this, it's not what I paid for. He just pointed at the sign again and said that's why they have the sign, it's to protect him if things like this happen. I told him that sign is just a terrible excuse to cover up for their incompetence. He just smiled and shrugged.
Of course he'd be smug, he already had my money. Well, they'll never see me again. I'll be going to K-Print from now on and I suggest you do too.
