Great little store. Staff was friendly and was limited seating. There is some general seating but seemed that was always full. Benefit of Kauai is the franchise is always the same. Loved the shakes. Parking and general mall is super busy, but was a great experience.

Extremely unfriendly lady working to take orders in the front! She doesn't greet back, stares at you with absolute disgust. Surprised my smoothie never had spit in it...or did it?? Unacceptably poor service for such a wonderful franchise. The lady who served us worked the shift 19/12/2021 at 3:40pm.

Half an avo, quarter tomato (not even cherry tomatoes as menu said) 3 pieces of broccoli and couple of spinach leaves for R80. Sorry, Kauai won't see me again

Bad service, the staff always makes some excuse not to help out, especially around closing time.

We both had the delicious Plant Power wrap which was stuffed with lentils, greens, red cabbage, cashews...all in a delicious dressing (not too much, not too little). The brown wrap added a nice nutty flavor. The rest of the menu read deliciously and the service was great. Would eat here again.
