The store itself is beautiful and very well stocked but the service is not good at all. Only 4 tills open in peak time???? This is really not good. You really need to open more tills when the queues get this long. This is not a new problem at this specific Pick n Pay.

Must be the WORST EXPERIENCE of my life in this nasty place! "SERVICE" is non existing, not to talk about the terrible attitude of the "workers" what a disgusting place!! If you want to spoil your shopping experience and your whole day, visit this useless place.

Very bad service. The till operator was not helpfull at all. Just a blatant no on all my questions. I dont think I will go there again.

This is a great place to do all in one shopping and even with the family , watch movies , have some ice cream , or a mini lunch it has all the important shops ,really great

I have been here multiple times
There was no chicken on the shelves either time.
They also never answer the phone no matter how many times you call or when you call

Has plenty of stocks in the shop. The only issue is the long queues at the cash counter. Need more people to handle the crowd. There are many cash counters in the shop. But most of them are vacant and only 3 - 4 counters are found operating. This is the prime reason for the huge crowd and chaos at the counter
