Systems is too slow and too much paper work when applying for any contract products.

Whenever calling in they never pick up clients/customers calls.

MOST DISAPPOINTING is 3 weeks(21working days) contract for repairing insured product doesn't apply,
i waited 11 weeks for my phone from being repaired ????

There's lack of communication or no communication at all.

I was at your store on Sunday 03/10/2021. And I want to thank the lady at entrance who went out of her way to open the extra door for my wheelchair to get in to the store. Then I was helped by a consultant, named Paul with a sim swap. Very fast and very friendly. All I can say is, I whish every body could be as friendly and helpful as these guys. Great Service.

The worst service I have experienced. I have called them 38 times today and they don't answer their phone. How am I meant to follow up on an order that was placed for my upgrade.

Will someone call me when they use more than the 6 booths built for staff. They only use 2 allways with n que of about 10 people outside store. Why waste the money to build 6 booths if 4 of them was a waste of space?

I dont feel staff is bad. Also, why the que ticket system not working. Confused where in line I am. A guy looing high on meds just walked up right in front of me

Brilliant friendly service ...the outside que is long . But once you make it in the consultants just rock

Although there was a bit of a wait to see a consultant, they were all friendly and eager to assist. Overall not a bad experience
