The service here is excellent, by the staff and the manager, I was attended to -from the time I walked in, i didn’t have to wonder around for help because the staff was consistent in ensuring that my needs were met. The establishment is clean and the food was mouth watering, there’s nothing I can fault here, there are not enough stars here to say how happy I am with the service and the friendly staff ❤️

Our waitress, Mandy, was exceptional. She has such a warm and vibrant personality, coupled with a good sense of humour.
The food was, as always, excellent.
Pleasant experience all round!

Best dining experience. Alex and Kgahliso were ???? and very welcoming. The food was fresh and delicious ????, came out fast too. Would definitely recommend this Spur. The peri peri chicken livers slapped soooooooo good, hahaha.

So I'm back, with an update. Spur's management was able to get a hold of me personally, to resolve matters one on one.

I must say, it surprised me that they actually followed up on my review. It's good to know, that my opinion counts u0026 my logic of "the customer is always right" was acknowledged.

I want to give "props" to the manager Aus' Mosela for handling the matter with due care u0026 professionalism for also assuring me that my points will be noted in the implementation of training.

In addition, I was counter offered a "make-up" meal to replace the mishap of my last experience.

In closing, I'd like to say the "make-up" meal was better than my last experience u0026 the efforts of the management were noted.
