I just ordered a McFiest spicy about 30 minutes ago and got a spicy foldover instead. I only realized when I got home that it was not what I initially ordered. I am disappointed. Do better

Their meals and beverages are quite pricey. The Big Mac meal is good enough as a snack meal,don't order it if you are really hungry. The Mcfeast meal is the ideal meal if you are hungry. You'll never wait more than 10 minutes for your order. There is no need to order and pay at the counter,there are machines that you can use to order a meal for yourself.There is always a chair or bench available to sit on and eat unless it's on the 15th or 30th of the Month.

Very crowded, and staff wasn't sure what I asked (wanted to know if there was any available seating inside) food was good, the soda fountain definitely needs some tuning (the cream soda tasted like soda water with cream soda) I also had to remind them to bring the happy meal toys. Restaurant was clean.

I had to change my review from a 5 to a two. Being out of stock occasionally is totally understandable and human, but this Mc Donalds branch has been out of Spicy Mc feast burgers now for 5 days in a row!

It's so sad when you order food with your own money and end up getting service as if you asked for the food to be donated to you. My order was an absolute mess, I'm really disappointed.

My husband received bad service today at 21:43
We did not receive the full order, the phone is just ringing including the manager’s cellphone
The lady even admitted that she is angry when asked if she is upset. Receipt 1875 for the total cost of R279.40

Most of the time I get awesome quick service but I also gotten a few days where my order was wrong multiple times and or cold food. I now make sure to check my order before leaving the shop. Definitely more good experiences than bad ones for me at this Mcdonalds. Room for improvement on service delivery to customers.
