The food and service from the staff was amazing and I have no complaints regarding that. However, the cafe manager, Leanna, I believe, is incredibly rude to the staff. Her treatment of them is completely unacceptable. I expect more from Woolworths.

Hubby and I had brunch today, Saturday, 3rd Sept 2022. The Cafe was packed. I ordered the eggs floritine and my hubby ordered the 3 cheese omlette and 2 tall Chai lattes. The floritines were delicious. My hubby was disappointed with the omlette. It was dry and did not look appealing and no taste. The lattes were delicious and hot as always. The supervisor in the kitchen, was very loud and she told 2 kitchen staff members to leave. Which they did. I think this was very unprofessional. This should have been done out of sight of customers. The kitchen staff looked miserable and unhappy. The lady who served us, was friendly and nice.

Ordered an omelet, it was dry and burnt. The eggs and chips tasted like they used old oil.

Absolutely unacceptable that nobody was at the bakery to assist us. We had to call a teller, EVENTUALLY, after disappearing, she came back saying that someone is on their way but still nobody came to help. We waited for about 10 minutes... nothing. Great way to lose business.

Fail to understand why the alcohol session is written alcohol sales end 8pm when they refused to allow me to purchase alcohol after 5pm and was told alcohol sales end at 5pm even the manager wouldnt acknowledge their wrong and refused the labels are still there!

The restaurant is calm and has great food. For the duration of the meal you end up forgetting that you are actually in a mall .

Disappointed because there is no sizes for fuller figure woman and not happy about it at all.
