40onBurg was highly recommended to me last week. On arrival I was immediately very warmly welcomed by Tosca, the friendly and very helpful General Manager - she really is everything a guest might hope for. My 3 night stay has been wonderful - great room, exceptional service, wonderful decor and amenities! I rarely ever write a review; however, this establishment merits my highest recommendation!!! And a good location as well.

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable weddings and pillows, clean environment, amazing food n room service. It was like home away from home. I totally enjoyed my stay!

What you see on the website is what you get. Very clean and tidy hotel staff so friendly wish I can go the again security sale

No parking available have to park 2 blocks away . And pay everytime you have to use your own car . No plug point working in the room and unfortunately there was striking all night long in the streets. Personally it was just a beet bad experience. And I would not like to do it again

Incredibly warm, attentive and knowledgeable staff.
Spacious and gorgeous rooms.
Historical building, cool architecture.
Will definitely stay at 40 On Burg again next time in Cape Town!
