Very run down centre. Drug dealers and loitering run rampant. Police can be seen liaising with drug dealers. The dealers are very open to trying to force their products on centre patrons.

There is quite a few drinking spots, and no control whatsoever with masks or social distancing even when the patrons come to the shop they come with no masks on and the shops owners does not say a thing. Yet there is no police monitoring or any control.

Park West Centre is not just a shopping centre anymore; it's now filled up with Churches. I can say there's about close to 10 Churches in that complex at the moment, and there could be more in the near future, as the agents just want to fill up the place. The place is always full of people loafing around the grocery store you'd think it's not safe, but you'll be surprised to learn that it's actually safer than ever.????
