Great hotel with apartment style rooms including full kitchen, and separate bedroom. Some have patios.

The complex is in a good location that's easy to walk downtown, or they have a free shuttle 24hrs.

Bar and restaurant on site and the free breakfast is awesome!

Lovely clean and satisfying apartment. We spent the whole stay indoors due to heavy rain at the time. Did not feel cramped in. Enjoyed our stay. Recommend it to anyone. Prices good

The biggest asset for this hotel is the excellent staff and services. Unfortunately I can't remember all the names but some standard out service from Mario, Jonathan, Thandi and not forgetting William. Good breakfast and WiFi. Nice rooms. I would definitely recommend.

Old, tired, run down, un maintained and poorly managed .
The staff were on the whole lovely but are working with something that should have been closed down long ago.
A coat of paint does not hide bad plumbing, bad electrics, poor heating and insulation and cheap and nasty furniture which was mainly old and damaged.
The breakfast was poor and we were kept awake all night with sirens going off
What was once a jewel is now a diagrace

I booked at the hotel online on bookings for the night notified that i will be arriving late, and they requested that i pay with card because of my time arrival , when i got there the guy told me that they cancelled the booking without even notifying me and i must deal with the booking people they are the ones who debited me. I stayed 2 hours he was telling me that it’s the law at the hotel to Cancel at 12 midnight. I don’t know if not checking on the person if is coming or not is good

Incredibly helpful staff, good rooms. Loved the pub in the evenings. We hope to be back next year.

Rooms were clean and staff was nice. Location was a bit dodgy and it's a basic hotel. No frills.
