I have had the privilege of working with Matt and he has help me in so many ways! He is a great coach and mentor so I highly recommend booking some private session with him. As for the rest of the gym it's is filled with some of the best fighters in South Africa and on a world stage. Eveyone is very friendly and the gym always has a good vibes! Definitely one of the best gyms around!

By far the best gym I’ve ever been apart of. The coaching standard is world class, and the people there become like family!

Madfit has the ability to change a persons life which makes it such a unique and special gym. Could not recommend enough!

Such a great place! At first I was nervous about being new at something, but now I’m hooked! The coaches and skill level on display are elite, such an honour to train amongst and learn from these guys. BJJ especially has had a huge positive impact on my life.

MADfit reminds me of a family gathering you never want to end...it is just a beautiful place to be at being mindful i am just a mom of a minor member... You guys, members and coaches alike, have instilled a dream in my son and it has become his happiest place. The confidence, pride and discipline you have instilled five lessons in is irreplaceable and valued.
