I’ve been to Bihari multiple times and I’ve received different food quality each time. Some days the food is heavenly and you cannot stop yourself from consuming more (Particularly, the butter chicken with cheesy garlic naan). These times make the price feel worth it. Other days, the food is very average (making the hype-up to eat that same heavenly food we had before, utterly disappointing). I recently went with a group of friends to Bihari (knowing it would be a gamble regarding whether we would be served heavenly tasting food or just average food). The food was disappointingly very average. The dishes itself were warm (temperature), but the contents were barely even warm (I’m used to receiving their dishes hot and having to wait to let it cool down a bit-which is preferred). Additionally, I had requested for medium spice level (specifying that I didn’t want it too spicy, but not too mild either) but received mild for all the dishes, which made the dishes much less flavourful.
Going here is a gamble unless they’re able to adjust their inconsistencies in food quality. When it’s good, it’s fantastic. When it’s bad, it’s average.
