Ladies are always friendly, even in the middle of the night. Fast, good service and the Steers chips are always my weakness.

Food delivered was stone cold. We had to get the oven on and reheat everything. When I rang to complain, they first said I should have got them to pick it up and then re-deliver! (This after waiting over an hour for the food already.) They promised to ring me back to discuss, and yet it's been two weeks of silence... Poor.

I am soooo disappointed because I really liked this steers. BUT, I went to buy a king steers burger and ribs on friday, only to get a full on allergic reaction. My entire body was full of hives, itchy and burning. My face was swollen my eyes and month. I had to go to hospital! I'm sorry, but if they used old ingredients in their food and served them to me, I wont be putting my life in danger again! I've never had such a reaction to food.... ever!

Rude staff, Manager not available, stand in a Q only to arrive at the till and to get told they have already shut down the ice cream machine. I will do my best not to step into this badly run business.

Probably the best ribs in cape town. Surprisingly. Everywhere else seems to boil them.

Okay... There are better ribs in the world having had from The Butcher Shop And Grill. But they're not bad.
