I had the most amazing experience at the Park Inn at Radisson hotel in Cape Town! I received friendly service from the loveliest staff who accommodated my every need. I would highly recommend this hotel for business accommodation. The room service was quick, and I received all my delicious meals freshly prepared. I also enjoyed the variety of foods available for breakfast. The underground parking provided a safe place for my rental car while staying at the hotel.  A definite 5 star rating from me!

Very friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms, and a nice breakfast offering. Coffee (instant) and tea in the rooms are really good (not the standard options as available everywhere). The shower is lovely and the soap, shampoo and lotions are apparently a fancy brand (according to my wife). Safe basement parking and a small basic gym is also available.

Friendly and welcoming staff. The restaurant has a relatively small lunch/dinner menu, but the food was very tasty. Spend one night there and had a great experience . (The room card scanner in the lift is a bit tricky and doesnt always connect but got the hang of it later! ????)

Well priced and well situated, especially if you're a cricket lover. Pretty easy to get anywhere from here and quite a few nice restaurants only a short drive away. We enjoyed all the spots on Main Street, as opposed to Main Road. I also had a very enjoyable tour of Ohllson's brewery followed by quite a few in their pub.

In a very central and safe location. The employees are very caring and smiling. The breakfast is also nice. But there are many problems with the building. Water cut, sink clogged, heating system failure are what I experienced during my two-day stay.

1. Staff very friendly, helpful and Welcoming (Louise from reception, Mpumi from room service/ bar, and the deaf man who helped me with aircon issues and parking (dont have his name) friendly helpful competence staff make a big difference)

2. Great functionality and location: Close to everything , and room had everything I needed. Initially I thought it was a bit poky/ hotel ish (I had room 416 without a view), the longer I stayed, the more I enjoyed, little things that made a difference
A) I had 2 fresh big towels and 2 hand towels every day which I used every day (I battle at other places with small / little towels)
B) loved hairdryer in bathroom and big mirror in bathroom
C) During all the loadshedding hotel gave me a very good emergency light
D) the shower had a hand shower which I used every morning to wash my hair (most hotels dont have this)
E) Shower has a handle which helps with balancing
F) Cubboards have proper solid hangers which are not attached to the rail like other places
G) Under ground parking is great
H) Good value for money

3 Food and beverages
Has everything you need, and has room service , decent food , decent price.
I was most impressed during loadshedding where i managed to have fried calamari and chips which were great.

4. Comments for improvement , nothing major would just suggest a thicker duvet in winter (was a bit thin) or nice big heavy blankets on top of Duvet.
