Nice location. I ordered the vegan mushroom toastie and got a portion half the size that I'm used to getting at other branches. They did fix that when I asked and it tasted great.

5 stars when the entire menu is plant-based!

Definitely a good place for a good meal and great cappuccino. But the one thing that sets the place apart from others, we were able to book 1 of 2 board rooms available, to have private business meetings, at no additional cost and the space was fully equipped as a standard business board room. My second or third visit to this place and definitely NOT my last. Hopefully they'll add my favorite plant based Marie Sharps hot sauce to the tables as it would have complimented my nice vegan meal.

Popped in the other day while killing some time. I ordered my standard cappuccino, and I was fully expecting it to arrive in a Spur glass and be luke warm. Much to my surprise it arrived in a mug and I was so excited to enjoy a hot coffee.

Sadly the coffee was still luke warm and I literally downed it as soon as it arrived.

I ordered another one and requested it be made hotter... but unfortunately it arrived at the same temperature.

Service was great though.

Andrew was amazing today !! My bag was locked in the shop and once called Andrew alighted the bus on his journey home and returned, from a distance to open for me to collect my bag. Beyond the call of duty !! Much appreciated!!

Terrible service. Twice I’ve been there now and despite ordering decaff and oat milk they brought me full caff and cows milk, then waitress looked annoyed when I asked her to change it. I’m very careful when ordering as I have a milk allergy and the second time I drank one sip and felt sick for rest of the day. I won’t go here again, they just pay lip service to vegans.

I went there for breakfast, when I arrived I was told to sit wherever, shortly afterwards I had to look for a waiter for them to come by, I waited quite a bit. The food was good but the service from the waiters is absolutely terrible, they literally don't wanna be there, and were rude when I requested for things that should've already been there with the meal. Won't be back.
