I am incredibly impressed with every single aspect of service given to me last year November/December by Naomi Smart of Uwe Koetter. I went for an initial consult for a signet ring I had custom made, and felt extremely safe and comfortable in the shop, as all safety protocols were adhered to. All subsequent correspondence ensued over email and WhatsApp. Every week, I had an update with pictures from Naomi, and when finally I couldn't come to pick up the ring, she hand delivered it to me at my home. I am so happy with the end result as well. Thank you Naomi and Uwe Koetter for great all round service!

Working with Simonette was an absolute bliss. My husband and I had our wedding rings produced (remote from Germany) by Uwe Koetter and could not be happier about the outcome. After a first introduction we have been in constant touch and exchange about the process, design and material. Everything was finished in good time, so we were able to pick up our rings as soon as we arrived in Cape Town. We felt very well taken care of and I can’t recommend them enough!

Definitely coming back, they resized my wedding band and polished both my wedding band and engagement ring while I was just there. Amazing customer service, kind and generous. My ring hasn't ever been this stunning, highly recommended

Started the engagement ring and wedding band design process with Johan in April and we couldn't be happier with the end result delivered early May. Unique design ideas, patiently working with us on iteration upon iteration, sourcing unique stones etc - my fiancé and I couldn't be happier. Just a warning to you guys out there though - you might find your fiancé looking at her ring more lovingly that she ever looks at you! ;-)

As a family, we've been working with the team at Uwe Koetter for a few years now and every project has been an utter delight! From engagement rings and wedding bands to birthday presents and reworking family heirlooms, the service and quality of work is always outstanding. Simonette has the patience of a saint and really helped us through each process from design to resizing etc. We look forward to many more projects over the years.

Uwe Koetter continues to wow with great customer service. My and my husband's wedding bands and my engagement ring was designed and made by Shane from the Uwe Koetter team. Our rings are so gorgeous and timeless. The whole experience was wonderful too, we were welcomed into the store in Cape Quarter with open arms and a sherry or glass of water every time we visited. They made us feel so special. 2 years down the line we are still receiving stellar service with complimentary ring polishes. I cannot recommend them more.
