Staying at the Purple House was one of the many highlights when visiting Cape Town. My two hosts was so helpful, kind and always available when needed. The room was beautifully decorated, neat and clean. Breakfast was amazing and you are treated like a queen. The Purple house is walking distance from the waterfront and has several great restuarants around. I enjoyed my stay there and will definitely stay there again.

I have stayed with Guido and Henk at Purple House on Jarvis 4 times now and it is an absolute pleasure to enjoy their hospitality. Purple House is not only a Guest House it is their home and, they are justifiably proud of what they have. It is simply beautiful, and, a breakfast which sets you up for the days sightseeing! Well placed for all the attractions of Cape Town, surrounded by good food establishments and close to some great nightlife. Not only are Guido and Henk fantastic hosts, they are a mine of local information. Very very highly recommended.

The Purple House is a great holiday place near the Vu0026A Waterfront. Its a great place to stay when in cape town. The owners are very helpful and inside is very nice.
