The staff kept me waiting for 40min for my food. The manager and the staff member Maya or whatever her name is kept conversations with a close friend of them and the girl that packed the food left everything like that and join in on the chat. And I can see my order is done. When I asked about it they all went to the back and had a conversation about it. And kept me waiting again. The place wasn't even that busy to let me wait so long. She eventually came out then started packing the peoples food who ordered after me. When I asked about it she told me you can just wait. When I speak to the manager about it she was also full pf attitude. I work with people everyday and I never treat my customers with so much disrespect. Burgers manager should get a warning with all her disrespectful staff... I'm still furious about it and it happen on Saturday

I was very disappointed and unhappy. I orderd 4 wopers meals they told me that they do not have chips which I didn't mind as the lady told me I can replace my chips with onion rings then they charged me for it I feel that it unfair as it not my fault or any other customer that they do not have chips. I also asked for 2 mountain dews and 2 Pepsi and got 4 pepsi there were also no napkins or mayo or katchup in the bags. Very disappointing.

Extremely disappointed in burger King Zevenwagcht drive through. The cashier and manager ( I think) gave me such attitude! This after I was trying my best to be patient with them as their system seemed to be slow and after they almost charged me for the wrong order. Please lose the attitude.

Good Morning Me u0026 my family went to burger king zevenwacht we waited long in the drive thru line u0026 i deside to park the car and order inside than we continue to wait when i came to the casher very unfriendly u0026 unprofessional she ask me to wait they first gone sort out the other orders i said its fine when we took my order she told me no card orders cash only i was waiting for so long that no one informed me that the card machine is not working they could have announced it or put up a sign it could have safe allnthe customers alot of time no apologies. We just decided to walk away u0026 went to McDonald's.

Personnel management need to be improved. We did sit in but no trays available. Tables were dirty. In their favour though ... Order received very quickly. But I like the food so probably go back

Chilli Cheese Fries Update: Got a reimbursement with the Fries. Regarding the Cold Chilli Cheese Sauce, all is forgiven seeing that the manager went out of her way to make it herself. The way she made it makes me refer everyone to her instead of the workers. The Box is filled with fries, Chilli Cheese Sauce is spread immense u0026 the Jalapeno's were definitely more then one could bargain for. It was definitely a mouthwatering experience that was filled with explosions of flavour. Never had I got such experience from this BK before, only their competitors. I do hope they make all their fries how this manager made it. Cause surely once you buy it, you'll know exactly what you paid for.

The burger was standing on the rack for 10 minutes because they were waiting for chips. When I opened the burger it was cold and chips was warm. When I told the manager, his attitude was so pathetic. As if I had no right to ask for another burger. I paid for the burger and it seems that you need to pay for service as well. It just doesn't come with your purchase. I will never go back there again.
