I was not welcomed everything was a disappointment. The treatment and the room were not clean and hygienic.

Worst service ever. Lady was in a towel to help us on my wedding day, I was told I didn't pay and I did, the quality of the room was disgraceful condoms all over live wires bedding was not anything like the pictures show. The shower was so horrible I felt like crying. The atmosphere was all about money and they didn't even give good service at all. I was summoned in to see the owner instead of him coming to me as the guest more so on such an important day. We didn't even sleep there it was to get dressed and they wanted to charge double for literally 5 hours spend there if not less. I wouldn't even rate this one star. Thinking about this place makes me feel angry, and disappointed.

When i arrived the lady was not friendly at all bedrooms are way too small wires hanging toilet seat broken bedding is not up to standard and damn the rooms are way to cold never coming there ever again shame.... ended up checking out same day intention was check out following day service is really appalling

Terrible , rooms have old bedding , walls are cracked , mats very old , tv doesn't even play well only 1 sabc channel ,no dstv , no airtime, old towels ..
....its a no no for me in the future unless they prepare n arrange to meet human and descend standard...rate them 1/10

Lied about wifi
Pool was dirty and green
The women were very distant not friendly
We ate fried banana, non-seasoned dry scramble eggs and bread!
Will never recommend this place for a dog to live in!
My mom was so mad the women didn't want to give our food refund but my mom fought for it!

Not a pleasant stay I had with my friend at that place, they use false advertising. The place doesn't even have a sign to show its a guest house. 1 bathroom for people to share, shower was dirty, no plugs in the room, we had to ask the rude lady to charge our phones in her room, when we made a booking they asked us if we wanted breakfast, we chose that option and paid for it, but when we got there the lady said NO WE DONT OFFER BREAKFAST, we had to be refunded our money back. it is also like a prison i constantly had to call the lady to open the door for me. Filthy place and nothing to enjoy.
