Good morning

I went to your branch yday for a late lunch with a friend

Upon arrival we were served our drinks which was fine

We ordered our pizza at 4pm, 45 mins went by and the waiter did not check on our food or to check if evrrything was okay since we are waiting.

The shop was empty so I couldnt understand the delay. I eventually asked the waiter where my food was as it was now an hour later - it was said thst the oven wasnt switched out.

Eventually got my food crust and topoing was hard and not edible - i ended up paying for a.pizza which I wasnt happy with and I explained my frusttation to the waiter but he couldnt be phasrd by me at that point.

And because i had to rush to get home I didnt have the energy to wait fot a manager
I paid and left your store very unhappy and probably wont return again

The portions here are way smaller than any other branch. I ordered a large pizza, which came out looking like a small. No condiments given either. Poor customer service experience overall.

I'm so disappointed in the service I got today. Firstly I had to wait for 15 or 20 minutes to get a drink, finally I get my drink and the glass is soo dirty. I eventually get a proper drink from a clean glass after wait for over 20 min, 45 minutes later I have not received my food. The waiter later comes to tell me that they don't have what I have ordered, after waiting for over an hour I had to leave without getting my food.

I don't understand why this branch keeps getting worse by the day.

Worst service I’ve ever received. Managers need to go for a workshop on customer service. They lack communication skills and basic hospitality skills. Won’t recommend this restaurant at all.
