I visited Spur on (Zevenwacht Mall) on 01/07 and spent R620.00. The waiter was amazing and accommodated my request to pick up a takeaway for my dad after heading to Spar. Upon arriving to collect my takeaway (and doggie bag) I had to speak to 3 different staff members, including a hostess, who literally could not care less. After explaining that I was there to collect my takeaway I ordered while dinning in, the manager came after I got upset due to the lack of service after waiting 15 minutes. She scurried to the back (in an attempt to locate my takeaway) before I apologized for being visibly upset. The waiter assigned to me eventually came, apologized, and gave me the takeaway I ordered (which was right there). I work in customer service myself and do not like complain however if anyone of the three staff members I spoke to listened, the entire experience in collecting what I paid for would have lasted a few seconds. I will literally never visit Spur again. I cannot fault the waiter and the manager (this review is in no way reflective of them) but the other staff members lack of basic customer service.

I had fun today at spur and the staff this morning was fun and upbeat and friendly. They checked up on us with the warmest and friendly smiles and vibes. Reminded me of when I was a kid and things just flowed easily. Thank you all, especially David.

Surprisingly quick service even though they were full. Enjoyed the time and meal since we haven't been there for a long time. Staff well friendly and efficient

Last time we were here we had a bad experience and rated a 1 star, we were re-invited and the mistake was corrected. Thank you Jonny the manager for such great and steady service and our friendly waiter for making sure we good and that our food was warm, onion rings were perfectly fried.

We highly appreciate all the efforts and workmanship.

The food was not ayoba as I didn't go to Spur since before lockdown... The fish tasted still frozen and watery... I ordered baffalo wings for my grand child and it didn't taste fresh at all. The. Only recommendation will be the calamari, it was so tasty delicious... Will never order fish there again... The. Menu is also limited yah,,,

I really had a good experience at this spur , thank you to relmonda(pregnant girl) she mad our first really awesome. Definitely coming back for her her service was fantastic and thanks to all the management that are keeping the restaurant on a 5 star ⭐️

Not even worth a 1 star, im seating here now as typing this review. I order a cheddarmelt doubepatty burger pepper sauce medium juicy and i get dry pattys with table spoon of sauce and im asking for sauce and my waiter tells me dats enough sauce and i ask for manager and i sent burger back and after 25 minutes still no manager to come over to my table. My wife luckly she like welldone burger but its not what i orderd for her. First time here but terrible experience awful
